Very clean place. We love the layout and the showing on the old building feature. Very kind people that help you and make your kids feel safe to do an exam all on their own with the doctor they have here. Would recommend to my family and friends for sure. Downtown Family vision makes going the whole process a breeze. From scheduling, appts, billing, or an occasional sliced cornea, Nicole and Kaitlyn are a dream team that we are fortunate enough to have in this community.

Loved how thorough they were with my son and I especially since my son has a strong prescription. They offer a wide variety of frames, and even carry luxury brands which I love! They told me when the glasses would be in by, and they arrived without delays. They’re very friendly and seem to always be happy to help. She even introduced me to eye drops for my eyes that have made a huge difference in my day to day life. Highly recommend this office !!

We are fortunate to have an exceptional vision center in our town. I visited numerous locations this morning to assist my son who broke his glasses and nowhere would provide assistance except them. So grateful for their support today, I am aware of where I will be taking my entire family for their vision requirements now, Downtown Family Vision!

My family willingly drives 45 minutes from Lincoln just to see Dr. Morrissey. She is friendly, helpful, informative, and incredibly efficient; appointments are always timely but never rushed. Katlin is a huge asset - well-versed in insurance coverage, has a thorough knowledge of their inventory, and will help pick frames to compliment your style. The shop itself is bright, spacious, clean, and always offers the latest frame styles. We love them!
